I was given a quote for Car Insurance and House Insurance. My driver's license is clean. After 2 weeks about I was contacted and told that Farm Bureau runs another report and I needed to go on High Risk Insurance. I thought about going with the company and I asked the secretary how much I would need to bring with me to start the insurance. I thought about it and within the hour I call and said I did not want the insurance I was going with someone else. The secretary had already started the withdraw out of my checking account even though I had asked her how much I needed to bring with me. The new premium was $670.80/month. This was on November 3, 2011 when I cancelled the insurance with Titan which in my opinion I never signed up for since I never signed any papers.. On November 4 I had to sign 3 papers declaring that I cancelled my insurances for car insuance, house insurance and membership since I was not with Farm Bureau for even 1 month. Today I looked on my bank account and they are now taking the original amount out of my checking account which is $426.73 which includes my house insurance and car insurance which was canceled on 11/4/11. Today is 11/9/11. This is $1, 097.536 taken out of my checking account that should not have been touched. Please Reply. If you need proof of these papers I can send them to you.
