Someone took money out my account using my debit card from QDI*Quest Diagnostics The money taken was for $238.47. The phone number given on my bank records is 1-80*-799-****. This phone number was not a Quest phone number. The last time I was at Quest was July 7, 2020. I have not received any bill for services I don't believe I owe this money to Quest. I went to the Quest location on Hurffville Road in Turnersville/Sewell New Jersey. If I owe this money please send me a voucher saying the total amount due and for what service. I looked for a phone number with the QDI and your reference was all I found. My home phone number is 856-784-****. However they never contacted my insurance company.Please accept my appology. I never was sent a invoice explaining that medicare did not pay for my service. I cannot contact them because I have to wait for the paperwork to be sent to me. Thank you!
