She was kind of rude and said that a Rotel would call me today at around 2pm, Georgia time. I have not heard from anyone. This is really sorry on your part. You want to take all of your customers money and your personnel take the rest when you get there but don't take any kind of responsibility for these actions. I help with my only grandson and he doesn't have a father in his life. I thought this place would be a great trip. The water park, food and activities were great but the housekeeping staff sucks. I would at least like to get my $50 back that was stolen out of my purse.
