My father has purchased plots in GPR Housing near lankalapalem layout in Vizag during the year 1994 . The money was fully paid but the plot was not registered so far . Since i am in Thanjavur (tamilnadu) not able to follow up Has anybody in similar situation got any remedy/any action taken that has yielded any result. pls advise us i hope we can attach the properties standing on the name of Directors /on firm name can be attached through court. pl advise Deepak ([protected])
