I am from India. I have deposited money in Neteller Account many time. Every time they deducted 1.9% of money what i had added. But for the first time they deducted more. Today I have deposited 9812 rupees in my account and Neteller deducted 10938 rupees. Please resolve this issue. If needed some other information then let me know.
