My wife and I applied on Sep 17,2019 and we’re denied that morning after the AH4R called and asked for additional information, literally 5 sec later the home was taken off market which leads me to believe they were running several applications at once. I’ve never seen such blatant greed from a company over such a small amount. I guess if you running several at once it does add up. Won’t ever try to rent with them again. This is why it’s better to buy.
