I placed one order with Serengeti catalog .... & never again. Somehow I was enrolled in their VIP program ($$ every month). I repeatedly called about this issues. Again this month $14.95 was removed from my banking acct. They now owe me $29.95 (2 months worth). I did not enroll in the program & made it perfectly clear my first order was my last order. After a 20 minute call where I had to repeat info that I knew from a previous call was in their system. They now said it will take 10 more days to receive my refund. The clock is ticking. sigh
