Money grabbing rip off

I was charged €75 extra because l left the arrival time on the booking form at 9am...l was told they only hold the booking for two hours...after expected arrival time....but l also added my flight details...eta 11.20.....so l am more than unhappy at this blatant rip off....the office in Thesseloniki Greece is staffed by a bunch of surly individuals who have no customer service skills and no manners....the most polite member of staff is the driver who picks you up at the airport....and he along with all the others should be directed in what is correct business manner and dresscode
