My ID is : user22989 and user8232**** with the same email id but I can't access user8232****. I initially made a 1 day paid membership on 10th May 2020, and while subscribing there was option not to allow any billing for monthly subscription.so I thought only $1 dollar will be charged but my account has been debited with $39.99 twice after few which I mailed to support team and the billing team requesting the cancellation of membership/subscription and refund my money but instead they renewed my account for I have only used it for a day and I initially planned to use for a day only. I still request to cancel it ASAP and refund my money, since I only subscribed for a day refund my $39.99 which has been deducted twice and a third $1 subscription made on user22989 on 11th may at around 6:57 which seems to have been a mistake so please unsubscribe it before another billing is made. User's recommendation: Their cutomer service is worse and i think its fake and used to fool people.
