Submitted all the required info. Waited almost 4 months - nothing! Sent email to find out what's wrong - no response from them. Tried phoning - they are not easy to contact. Took an hour to try different phone numbers. Reached head office in New York, transferred to voicemail, left message. Will I get return call? Doubt it. They don't apparently stand behind their claim. Watch out to be taken advantage of from this company!
