Money and No product

I signed up for Groovebook maybe 4 years ago, for the first 2 years I received my booklet of photos. However, for the last 2 years Groovebook has consistently charged my account for their services, yet I have not received a book of photos for any of the payments they have processed. I understand that you have to fill your photos during the month, however when I missed a month, they would just send me a book of photos I had already received, which was fine. Due to the pandemic, my financial situation is dire like so many others, and I would really appreciate if you all could cancel my subscription. I am literally paying $4.20 per month and am not receiving any product. I know $4.20 per month does not look like much, but I have calculated over the past 2 years how much money I have been spending and it is astronomical. I refuse to continue to subscribe and pay for a service that I have not gotten in the last 2 years. I basically am just paying you for no reason. I am highly dissatisfied and a little upset due to the fact that I have paid so much money and have got nothing for it. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
