I am at my wits end, this is my last time attempting to fix what dr horton should. I have submitted multiple warranty cases, now my warranty is up and the issues are still not fixed. Timeliness - nonexistent, followup, nonexistent. I have to personally followup, question everything that is done in order to see the issues are and I do not have time. If I wanted a fixer upper i'd have bought one. Ac air handler (mold) - I have reported this multiple times, had multiple inspections and to date no one has contacted me to moved forward on a remediation plan. I was told the air handler (in garage closet) was a design oversight, that many other homes had the same issue and dr horton was aware. That was the summer of 2018 and I still have no traction. Let me add - my wife just battled breast cancer and is in remission. Defective windows - all of the window sashes in my home are bowing up. A window tech came out and replace not even half the windows. I haven't heard a word back to date and it's now been over a month. No communication - I have multiple dr. Horton contact phone numbers, they're all worthless. I have their email addresses - worthless. At this point, if this message doesn't see action I will resort to this message finding a lawyer and local news team. Jason hawker.
