I have a 2020 champion home. It was set on foundation in December 2019. We didn't close until September. It took the sub contractors 5 different times to get everything done to my satisfaction but it's still not right. The foundation only is the outer and 6 pillars in the middle where the marriage wall is. This is resulting in a 5 lb dog running and the floor shakes. A human walks it feels like you are about to shake out of your chair. I also had 5 windows replaced and sliding door. One door is 5/8" out of plumb as we speak. Would not recommend these clowns to anyone! No communication. No phone number to call.
