I faxed over our modification packet the day after it arrived last week, and Ocwen said that the minimum days to send it is 37. I argued with them and they refused to take my house off sheriff sale, so I told them they were not in the business of helping ppl, they’re in the business of throwing a disabled veteran and an infant child out on the street bcause they neglected to advise their customers about the new rules. So, we are all going to be homeless. Thanks Ocwen
