I am hearing impaired and I called modern Toyota through the relay that has sign language interpretet, the sign language interpreter said modern Toyota sales manager just abruptly hung up on our call we called back an secretary answered she quickly hung up on us and cut our Calls on Blocked calls I had a voucher to buy a Car from the.Federal program.interpreter said it's a discrimination and should file a discrimination lawsuit against the dealership and be compensated for it on a $25,000 lawsuit for discriminatory on a hearing impaired person and I have a driver's license and these people are so rude very rude.interpreter told me they will not dial back.to that number again hey just slam phone on our calls it's very bad business I am warning the deaf and hearing impaired don't go there for anything not even a car it can make them lose the business and can be shut down for that horrible experience with them just horrible
