Modern Toyota – Auto Service Appointment Review from Pfafftown, North Carolina
Modern Toyota in Winston Salem ,NC has the wrost customer service that I have ever experienced. I had a service appointment for 5pm. Please don't ever make this mistake. It is a mad dash to attempt to tackle the issue,however, if it cannot be fixed within 20 minutes you are just out of luck,most of the service employees are gone or closing up, the service manager,James Flippin, won't. address the concern and he leaves before 6pm as well. With all being said, Toyota does not care about the customers,they do not honor their word, and safety is not a concern of theirs once you have purchased the vehicle, for example my car would not start at times. This is why I was asked to bring it in, the issue could not be resolved in10 min. I had an out of state trip planned and they would not give me a loaner,they offered me a jump box,funny These people are crazy and I will never deal with them again
