MOD issues

I currently own several mods from this company and my segelei has a broken screen that will not come on and my X cube 2 the battery prong is bent and will not hold a battery anymore. This company when I purchased these products told me " lifetime warranty" Now I am stuck with 2 mods that are broken and no where to turn because they have now changed there policy on devices that they sold. I was never told I needed a receipt when getting a device replaced or repaired and now all of a sudden its against there policy to replace a device without there logo. So they have now went back on there word of lifetime warranty and clearly are not in the business to help a customer as I was at first told we are willing to work with you and then less than 24 hours later told theres nothing we can do as it does not have our logo on them. YOU SOLD THE PRODUCTS I DID NOT JUST PULL THEM OUT OF MY ***
