I had ordered a mobile phone from www.shopaaz.com on 03.05.2017 preorder basis by paying Rs. 12499.00 I had paid through debit card on 03.05.2017. They had sent a SMS that " within 5-7 workings days they despatch the mobile . but till 11.05.2017 they did not dispatch the mobile and after talk to there customer care they told please cancel the order and refund with 4 % cash back and the order was canceled. shopaaz.com had sent a SMS to me on 11.05.17 order has been canceled refund will be credited within 7-10 workings day. From 18.05.2017 their customer care numbers [protected] has also been disconnected. Kindly help me the solution on how may I get back the refund.
