Hello Support, I purchased battery from Amazon. X001CG3E3H in January. 3 days ago my phone died and It came to be the battery and not the phone hardware. My purchase came with 24 months free replacement. Amazon Order Number: 111-572****-227**** Either send me replacement battery or refund please.
