Mix up with last years gift subscriptions

4

First off, I'm not pissed, but I do find your flippant vernacular somewhat off-putting. It is in stark contrast to what I think of as an elegant, gracious southern magazine. The trouble began when you sent me renewals for the two gift subscriptions I ordered last year. I did not want to renew them, so I did not respond. But you kept sending renewal notices. Then you sent me a letter saying something like you were saddened by the fact that you could not trust me to pay my bill. I didn't have a bill. I chose not to renew the gifts and you decided to bill me for them. I called to straighten this out. My call was not completed b/c the call dropped. I'm not exactly saying she hung up on me, but it is possible. So, I would like to continue my own subscription to Southern Living, and pay for it, but that's all. No gift subscriptions this year. If you can fix that, then we can be friends again. Rose Marie Holsing rosemarie620@***.com
