mistreatment from the vp

I am a middle manager in AIESEC GUC EGYPT. I was mistreated by my VP, for q1q2 he kept promising things like caring about people and interns while nothing from his promises were done instead he mistreated me when i tried to express myself and complain .The EB could not care less about my complaint . AIESEC GUC does not respect its members and so action needs to be taken . thanks in advance .
