Mistreated and Abused

In all my 54 years, I have never been so badly mistreated as by NV Home. Their customer service is absolutely abusively. They act like they are doing you a favor when they do a minor repair. If you persist and insist on getting a major issue resolved, they tell you are a trouble maker and stop being a pain in the butt. After that they ignore all communication. First of all, do your job and do it well so their are not so many problems. I am starting a class action lawsuit against them. 1.) Sod was laid in the winter and turned completely brown in early spring. (Response: No warranty on sod because owner did not take care of lawn in winter.) 2.) Sump pump died due to silt accumulation over course of one year. House is built on clay soil. (One year warranty expired. Owner is responsible for flood damage to basement.) 3.) Shingles come off whenever there is strong wind and rain. (Cheapest material used and very poor installation. Only do repair for first year.) 4.) Vinyl siding is buckling in some areas. This shows up in all the homes in the community. (Will not provide repair because does not meet defect requirements.) 5.) There are cracks and holes in the asphalt driveway and cement steps with in one year time frame. (Will not complete repair because cracks are not wide enough.) 6.) GE washer broke and warp hardwood floor. (One year warranty expired). List goes on....
