I bought a Viking range and they promised that it has a self cleaning feature After two months when I wanted to use the cleaning guess what? Doesnt include Im reaching out the department which I got and a lady who sales it to me, I have payed almost 7000 and that was the first question I have asked since it was and it is important for me, she said NO you didnt ask,,, how is that possible??? I could have payed 2000 more and got the one with it,, what am I going to do I need an exchange with paying the difference and get the one that I asked for, what an misleading and non informative customer service,,, User's recommendation: Don’t trust what they say.
