Missing t-shirt!!!

I ordered the Monty Python "My Brain Hurts" t-shirt . I've been waiting for it for a long time. You said you were looking into it, but I see nothing done. It's one shirt, what's the problem??? First it was on backorder, now I don't know what's going on! Please, talk to me!!!!!!!!!!!
