Missing returned parcel

Sent my parcel back which they say have not received. The return address on the parcel is not the one they mentioned when I spoke to them in e-Mail and said I should return to an address in Spain. I am very unhappy with the service I have received and now they want me to pay £54.99 for an item I no longer have or wanted for that matter. User's recommendation: Don’t use them.
