Missing product and over charge

I had ordered 3 Night Blooming Jasmine Item # 2946**** but never received the 3 FREE items that should go for them. They were hand cream where you buy 3 and you get 3. Then I was over charged on my Visa card. My order was $20.99, so what was the $19.98 used for? Now on my receipt it shows I need to pay $5.99 for S&;;;;;;;;;H which I already paid!! If this is taken care of I intend to report you to BBB!!!
