Missing parts to tables

My name is Tommy Ervin and i purchased coffee table set from your Rosedale store and when i got it was missing parts. I tried to call the store and the lady who answered the phone was very rude told me to go to website and email customer then hung up. I just want to return it to the store and get it off my account.
