Missing parts, poor customer service, dishonest company and poorly made item

Almost a month Ago I communicated that there were 6 out of 12 missing pieces for a gazebo I purchased. I was told to contact the company for them to resolve the issue. I called and was told to spend several pictures, etc. Items were sent, and I was promised repeatedly by the many customer service representatives that I spoke to, that I would hear from someone from their team within 5 -7 business days. A month has gone by and no communication. TERRIBLE!!! I returned the item and purchased another gazebo from a more reputable, honest, reliable company. I will never purchase their products again. Not the best quality and definitely not good at packaging their products to ensure that all items are sent to the consumer. Their customer service is horrible and for their error they give customers a hard time to fix their error. This was a huge inconvenience and unfortunately all the time I spent wasted calling and emailing to get this issue resolved is wasted time. However, it has served as a lesson to me, to not purchase Sunnest products in the future. If I could give a 0, that would be a preferable option. A 1 start is giving them grace.
