Took months to get replacement parts for my machine. Was told it was a small part I could do myself or wait months for a tech. It was an entire computer board, which I did myself. I got a free year of iFit, which 2 months was wasted because the machine was not working properly. When I called no offer for extending it for at least the couple months lost, nope nothing. Was planning on buying a treadmill from them, is not gonna happen they have lost me forever.
