Went on Chat Line with Veronica. I really just needed four tiny screws that didnt Cone with the product. I sent plenty of photos. The answers: go to Hardware store!!!! Lowes and HD dont carry these minute screws. I even asked for this screw size. No response. User's recommendation: If you have BCP products you’re on your own. They come from China and they carry no parts.
