Missing parts 21 inch snow blower

Received snowblower sent to me from Massimo Garland Texas parts missing bolts for assembly contact Massimo four times never sent needed bolts, so I can finish putting together as of today 1-20=2021 have 18 inches of snow waiting three weeks for parts Russell Kelemen Princeton n.j. User's recommendation: don not buy any from massimo very bad service and poor customer service.
