Missing Ordered Item/Lack of Customer Service

I ordered 4 items from Sally Beauty Supply online since stores in my local area are closed. My order arrived in 2 separate shipments a couple days apart. I received all of my items except one. I have emailed customer service twice with no response. Today I tried to call the US customer service number 3 times but when I selected online customer service or in-store customer service, the call disconnected each time. I either want a refund or the item that I ordered!
