Missing Order from Costco Logistics

Guys, I've spent over 6 hours on hold where it eventually hangs up on me by Costco Logistics. I'm stuck! My 4-piece Carey set (Order #37387****) says it was delivered June 21st, but it wasn't! I NEED IT DELIVERED and I can't get through to anyone who can help me.
