Missing order AGAIN!!!

I have now been sleeping in urine-soaked bedsheets for 5 days, thankS to you. I have now been lied to twice by your customer service representatives; first, when I placed my order on the 15th, at which point the rep said correctly that I should have about 10 condoms...
