Missing magazine

I have subscribed to them for 20 yrs. This past your I have had nothing but issues with receiving my print magazine. Considering I receive 13 other subscriptions and have no other issues with them. I feel that 2 additional issues when I pay $1.19 per issue a year is not acceptable. Oh but they can send me a new issue. Done that...takes 2 weeks. Whats the point. Not happy at all.
