I will never ever shop or support Rue 21, I will also advise many of friend and family to not support you all...I was missing multiple items and you all tell me to follow up with ups....you guys senior support team basically calling your customers liers User's recommendation: To never shop online or support, because I have lost money and items wasnt in my box when received.
