Missing item. Poor customer service.

I placed an order for 3 eyeshadow palettes, I only received 2. I contacted them and they did not answer my emails. I sent them several emails and they did not give me a refund for the missing pallet, I'm asking for $ 13, which is the cost of the pallet User's recommendation: please do not buy anything on this site they will not help you say your order is lost or the order will arrive incomplete.

"My delivery was between 1and 5 and they arrived at 8pm.. I missed a day of work working around this schedule and that was awful because I get points when missing work and they showed no sympathy."
