I received a renewal notice on 1/11/21 which said to take advantage of the offer I must renew before 1/4/21, say what I didn't even receive it until after that date. Also I have not received an issue of Soap Opera Digest since the one dated December 21, 2020. User's recommendation: I love the magazine, but not the customer service, I contacted them at least 3 times by email and after two weeks have not received an answer, nor have I started receiving my magazine again.
