Missing feet on chest freezer

Purchased chest freezer no more than 2 hours ago only to unbox and find that its missing 2 of the leveling feet. Upon reading reviews it seems this is a common issue. Ive been on the phone with customer service now for 32 minutes just to request them to send replacement feet. User's recommendation: Customer service is horrendous.
