Missing face mask from order #1810556

Please complete my order which was deducted from my Visa card on May 20, 2020. I'm missing 1 grey face mask and a new tracking order which I was told would take six weeks. It will be 6 weeks tomorrow July 13th. I expect action to be taken promptly or submit refund before I take action. The tracking number given has already been delivered - 9374869903505021039429.
