Missing EIP 3

I dont understand why Im only person I know hasnt got my stimilus and I need it Ive faxed the irs my bank info address get my payment told me months ago was sent direct deposit then it said was being mailed waited months had trace put on it now saying was direct deposited may 14 but bank never got it
