My mom passed away this week and my coworkers sent me a beautiful bench in memory of my mom. It came with no card and I didn't know who sent it. After posting a picture of it on Facebook, my coworkers said they sent it but since I don't have the card, I don't know who exactly to thank. Is there anyway you can send me a copy of the card? The Order No. is 7189829; The item no. was KAY112 and the MPN no. is 37220. It was a "Those We Love Angel Bench" and the order date was 2/14/2019.
