missing car spaces

Dear prospective person, I'm Taha from Egypt, I’ve bought proton persona 2012 from Ezz Alarab Egypt on 15 July 2012 but there was a defect in the operation of the car spaces it was hardly to move on the glass i told them at once they took the car to the service center to inspect it then they showed up with the maintenance engineer and told me it is ok it is just because it is new car bla bl bla, and if you found any further problem just call us and we will change it with new one. After just two days from the delivery of the car the car spaces was not working at all i called them immediately and they were informed about that, when i went on the 1000 KM service they inspect it and found not working they took it and told me that they will order it from Malaysia because they don't have the spare part. Please it is around 5 months now and the problem didn't solved at all, i did a plenty of calls to them but each time they tell me may be next week, try to call someone else, the other one told me the same really I’m fed up with that .So please could you take the necessary action with that issue to solve the problem.Also please notice that i live in Damietta-Egypt where it is raining mostly of the winter season.so i couldn't go without my car spaces Thanks in advance Taha +[protected]
