Missing assembly hardware & instructions

Ordered a new V25 Recumbent bike ..it arrived with NO assembly parts hardware or instructions. After two weeks, I've rec'd about 85% of the parts necessary to assemble, but are still waiting on additional parts. It's now been no less than 5 weeks and still can't ride...
