Missing an item out of my order

I placed 2 orders on nov. 29 2020..I received first order but it was not complete even though the email they sent said all items were delivered..I am missing a box that must have contained my 160 ounce of poly fill. There must have been 2 boxes to be delivered but the driver only left 1..and no polyfill. In the box with my other items. I have sent 5 emails and not one has been answered. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. And don't blame covid. If you got half of my order to me. I am waiting for this item since I'm making pillows for xmas and this has put a very big damper on that...I hope someone gets my item to me soon!!! I wish I could stop payment. I have also been a joann customer for at least 40 yr. And the first time I ordered on line from you. Disgraceful! !!!! Kcaffrey823@***.com 1 90* 403 ****. User's recommendation: Do not shop joann on line. Horrible!!!!
