I had requested several things to be checked over carefully... ie photos of inside all wheel wells... pull trunk mat out and photo trunk carefully he didn't do these... he totally missed that the a/c didn't blow cold!!... missed that the drivers door panel is shot yet did film passenger side. Commented in report that car had hailstorm damage but didn't get any pics showing it and upon review of his AND customers pics could not see anywhere where reflections showed any wavering! In the trunk someone attached a piece of plywood over opening that goes down to bottom of quarter panel obviously hiding damage and he didn't catch it. see report #351909 I feel a refund is due or at the very lease a credit to inspect another car at n/c. thank you
