Missed Recyclables pick up

On Friday, 6/12/20, the recyclables driver failed to pick up my recyclables because large boxes that were next to the bin because the boxes were too big and didn't fit inside the bin. I ran outside called out the driver to back up and pick up the boxes and that I was willing to throw the boxes in the truck myself since, apparently, he couldn't/wouldn't do it. He exited his truck and told me to place the boxes inside the bin and that he would return....he never returned. On Sunday, 6/14/20, I emailed WM about this incident. Later that evening I received an email telling me the recyclables would be picked up within 24 to 48 hours. Monday afternoon, 6/16/20, I called WM and spoke with rep. She told me she would schedule pick for the next day, Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and still no pick up. Today, 6/17/20, I called again requesting a pick up. The rep told me that operations had told her the bin had been picked up Monday....which was completely false!! Since I wasn't getting anywhere with her I requested to speak to a manager. The rep then placed me on hold for 15-20 minutes and no manager ever came to the phone. I then called again and spoke with another rep and requested a manager. He did transfer me to a manager. I explained my issue to the manager and she stated she would try and get a pick up scheduled today and would call me later in the day to notify me of the progress. That call never happened. Here I am with a bin full of recyclables on the curb getting notifications from my association to remove the bins. This is ridiculous and I am prepared to take whatever action necessary to make WM pay!!! User's recommendation: Don't be afraid to speak up...we need to get WM out of Eastvale. I will start a movement towards this goal!!!!
