Missed flight due to LATAM and NO ONE giving us answers

Flew from Brazil to NYC and missed our flight to Boston. Had to buy an expensive ticked and now no one at LATAM wants to reimburse us or even tell us they're sorry. Terrible airline and won't fly with them. You shouldn't either. User's recommendation: fly AZUL.
