Dear Sir/madam, Request to refund my amount paid for air ticket. As there is Peak level of bribery at hyderbad, india airport by Air Arabia staff. Today my wife, son and 2 daughters were coming from Hyderabad, India to Sharjah, the air Arabia supervisor (Forgot to take his name) has denied accepting covid report issued by government stating that it is invalid and if they need to fly they pay him Indian Rs.6000/- per person (Total INR 24, 000 for 4 passengers) or else they cannot travel and they have missed the flight. My wife has noticed that few other passengers have paid them money and taken the boarding pass. It is straight a case of bribery like "if you want to fly, you pay money to him or else go back home". Request to take strict action against him and also plead not to appoint like these persons who only look to fill their pockets, Request to refund the cash back to you, so that we can book the flight again.
