Missed delivery schedule due to no stock but Lazada indicates as shipped!

The vendor indicates as shipped and I was left stranded without the option of canceling the order. The delivery was scheduled to be within a week but the vendor unapologetically told me that the delivery has to another week later. They totally missed my delivery deadline. The worst is the vendor said that they were out of stock for the model of TV that I ordered. That's totally ridiculous! How could they say it was shipped when they didn't even have the stock at hand?! I called throughout the week and without a confirmation of the delivery date. I have to give chase. There were no apologies at all as if the customer is at fault for ordering! Furthermore, Lazada's hotline is always engaged! This is the worst customer service! Both Lazada and their vendors! I will never buy from Lazada again! Lost of confidence. They've do not have a way of tracking the order at all!
